Ultrasonic Aligner Cleaner

EOCA’s superb Ultrasonic Cleaner has been specially designed and programmed for aligners and retainers which are subject to odors, bacteria and stains from long exposure to the oral environment. Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles induced by 50Hz high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate water in the device. The agitation produces high forces on contaminants adhering to the plastic in aligners.

This action also penetrates blind holes, cracks, and recesses with the intention to thoroughly remove all traces of contamination tightly adhering or embedded onto the aligner.

Aligners must be submerged under the water level in the tank, if not that will prevent cavitation from taking place on the part of the object not in contact with the water.
